Seasonal Rates:

- All rates are subject to 9% NH room tax.
- Rates based on double occupancy.
- Add $10 for each additional person in the room.
- Children under ten are free.
Cancellation
We have a three (3) day cancellation policy. The first nights stay is forfeited by the guest if the cancellation date is less than three (3) days from their scheduled arrival date.
No Show Policy
Full amount will be charged on your credit card if you don't show up.
